Reporting to the CEO, Tom was also actively involved in the day-to-day operations and management of the parent company, as well as their individual CCRCs.

In total, Tom has over 35 years’ experience in positions of increasing authority in business development and marketing that include the highly competitive, consumer-packaged goods industry and the advertising industry, where he was founding partner for a full-service ad agency.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree and majored in Marketing, Tom is an enthusiastic, action-oriented leader who has an outstanding record of achieving business results through positive relationships, effective strategy and superior marketplace execution and performance.
