Louise Schott Adds Her Years of Community-based Experience and Expertise to Our Exceptional Consulting Group
Our professional staff is growing yet again with the addition of Louise Schott as a Senior Consultant.
As a result of our substantial growth, Louise will be helping us manage all of our new Florida-based client-partners as well as other existing client communities in the southeast. She will operate out of her home base in Clearwater, FL.
Louise comes to SageAge Strategies as a highly experienced and successful professional within the senior living provider space. Born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, she brings over thirteen years of sales, marketing and management experience during which time she contributed to the successful growth of several communities. Energetic and highly engaging, she has progressed upwardly through several key leadership positions.
Over the past decade, Louise has been successful in growing occupancy and managing sales and marketing teams in local markets, as well as those with a national footprint. Under Louise’s energetic leadership, she has successfully increased sales while mentoring sales teams of several leading senior living companies. Her expertise covers independent living, assisted living, memory care, startups, turnarounds and stabilized communities.
A multi-talented achiever, her demonstrated areas of functional expertise include business development, strategic marketing, sales leadership, sales training and forecasting, multi-unit management, community and referral source relationship building, sales system implementation and CRM optimization.
Some of Louise’s accomplishments in senior living management have included:
- Being recognized by senior management for consistently exceeding sales and performance goals
- Developing and implementing a program that realized close to $60K monthly in incremental revenue
- Conducting site visits with provider communities to track information, compile data, make recommendations and achieve community occupancy goals
- Assisting sales teams in developing skills in the areas of professional outreach and best-practice sales techniques to improve performance and achieve community sales quotas
Very much a “people person,” Louise attributes her success to focusing on customer service while creating a culture of caring for seniors. Louise says, “I first became involved in senior living through volunteering with local programs focusing on helping the elderly. Throughout my career in senior living management, I have felt blessed to have the opportunity to help seniors and their families enhance their lifestyle and overall quality of life.”
Louise attended Saint Petersburg Community College and has received additional certifications and licenses pertinent to senior living. These include licensure for Core Training for Adult Living Facility Administration in Florida, a Florida Real Estate Sales License and certification for Extended Congregate Care Course for Administrators and ECC Supervisors.
