Jason Quartman, Internal Account Support Specialist

As SageAge Strategies’ list of senior living client-partners continues to grow at a record pace, so too does our roster of exceptional online, creative and operations professionals. We are very pleased to introduce the latest highly talented member of our award-winning team, Jason Quartman, Internal Account Support Specialist.

Jason’s position and his daily responsibilities are increasingly important ones for SageAge Strategies as we continue to experience unprecedented growth and an increase in the project initiatives that have proven so valuable to our ever-expanding list of client-partners in achieving their own growth goals. In his position, Jason plays a vital role in assuring that all projects are logged, tracked and kept on schedule and on time to assure that we continue to provide the exceptional service and deliver the top-quality work our clients have come to expect and deserve from SageAge.

Jason comes to us with proven experience and a strong background in project team leadership from the manufacturing, warehousing and shipping industry. He is knowledgeable in planning, organizing and expense control and is experienced in problem solving and decision-making. Jason uses strategic management processes to analyze the current business environment and make recommendations on preferred courses of action to increase efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.

A very personable, engaged and dedicated individual, Jason earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at the Pennsylvania College of Technology, an Affiliate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated on the Dean’s list. While there, he learned best practices for managing a workforce and gained hands-on experience leading groups through various projects in his position as Vice-President of the school’s chapter of Enactus, formerly known as Students In Free Enterprise.

On a personal note, Jason describes himself as “a family man first and foremost” and enjoys spending time with his fiancée and his two children, a 10-year-old son and 16-year-old daughter. Before he “retired,” he coached his son’s baseball and football teams.

As Jason says, “We like to do pretty much anything outdoors such as camping, hiking, fishing and biking. We are also avid movie watchers and on the occasion that we get the chance, we also enjoy traveling.”
