Introducing Jennifer Criswell, Senior Account Manager

We are very pleased to announce that our award-winning team has recently added another outstanding member, Jennifer Criswell, Senior Account Manager.
Jen is an experienced, multi-talented professional who prides herself on helping her senior living client-partners to grow and achieve success. She possesses excellent skills in sales, marketing and referral development and displays excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Jen is self-directed, highly motivated and works well in a team environment as an extension of her clients’ leadership group. Literate in various sales software systems, she is highly customer focused and motivated to grow sales and census.
Consistent with our leadership position as mature market growth experts, Jen brings to SageAge an impressive record of achievement in the senior living and rehabilitation/wellness venues. In her experience, she has implemented successful sales, marketing and referral development strategies for a group of seven assisted living communities and consistently exceeded monthly sales goals.
Jen is also experienced in market positioning strategies and creative development of both internal and external marketing initiatives, including collaboration with designers to produce highly appealing, client-specific marketing portfolios. Additionally, Jen has been active in planning and placing media and managing trade shows for clients.
A graduate of Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, PAwithBachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications and Organizational Communications, Jen is a very positive, high energy, person who takes great pride of ownership in her work.
On a personal note, Jen enjoys spending time with her three children ages 15, 10 and seven and being involved in their many and varied activities, which include seasonal sports, dance and theater. She and her family enjoy the outdoors and love snow skiing, snowboarding, ice-skating and live for family vacations, picking new sites every summer to explore.
Speaking of their newest addition to the family, Jen says, “We are enjoying our new Golden Retriever who is tearing up our world – literally! He is turning one in February, but is so adorable we are smitten!”
